MHSolutions is a leading provider of innovative bulk material handling solutions, proudly combining American and Chilean expertise. With a focus on precision and customer care, we design and supply top-quality equipment for industries like mining, cement, and industrial materials, ensuring seamless integration for even the most complex operations.
MHSolutions is an American and Chilean owned company with offices in both countries, dedicated to the execution of bulk material handling projects, focusing on copper, precious metals, iron ore, coal, cement, industrial materials, and concentrates.
With a select team composed of the most ambitious and talented designers in the industry, we concentrate on the design and supply of equipment. Specifically, In-Plant Conveyors, Belt Feeders, Apron Feeders, chutes, bins, support structures, specialized material handling equipment, and mobile leach pad systems.
Unlike companies that are either too big to provide exemplary customer service, or too small to provide qualified and innovative engineering, MHSolutions is poised to meet every project with unmatched customer attention and proven engineering integrity. Working with MHSolutions means getting perfectly integrated equipment — every time — on even the largest of operations.
Our team has over 20 years average experience in bulk material handling. With a passion for all things mechanical, mathematical and gear-driven, we approach every project with creativity and meticulous attention. Scroll down for introductions.
Andy Emerson started his career in the bulk material handling industry as a Structural Engineer-in-Training in 1998. The early stages of his career were spent designing structures for material handling systems including trusses, galleries, support bents, bins and chutes, transfer towers, and other industrial structures. He also spent considerable time in the field providing supervision of structural and mechanical erection and system commissioning. He soon moved to Project Management, eventually becoming responsible for oversight of all of his company’s projects in Latin America and acting as a liaison with the entity’s division in Chile.
In 2005, he became a shareholder and eventually majority owner and President. Emerson then held senior management positions with P&L responsibility for divisions of large, multinational firms in the mining and material handling industries before co-founding MHSolutions. Emerson holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, a minor in Spanish, which he speaks fluently, and an MBA. He is licensed as a Professional Engineer in the state of Idaho, USA.
