Jeremy Holland

Jeremy Holland came to Conveyor Engineering in 2003 as an Estimating and Proposals Engineer working directly for one of the company’s two principals. He quickly was promoted to Chief Estimator and became involved in all aspects of the company’s business development efforts including estimating of materials and labor, vendor negotiations, proposal preparation, sales, and client relations. Holland was named Business Development Manager at Conveyor Engineering in 2008 where he flourished in his new responsibility and was instrumental in securing several important orders that helped push backlog to record levels. Following the acquisition by FLSmidth in 2009, Holland continued to act as Business Development Manager for FLSmidth Boise and built order intake values to new highs. He soon became one of the most respected business development professionals in FLSmidth’s Material Handling Division and the “go-to-guy” for both internal and external customers. Holland holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
